Double Peanut Butter Cake
For cake batter, beat together peanut butter, oleo, sugar, eggs and milk. Slowly add flour, baking powder and salt, mixing well. Pour into one greased 8 inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely before frosting. To prepare frosting, mix together 1/3 cup of peanut butter, 3 tablespoons of oleo, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup of milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla. Spread over cake after it has cooled |
