Bacon Bread

1 Cup Scaled Milk 2 Tbl Bacon Drippings
1 Cup Lukewarm Water 2 Pkg Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour 2 Tsp Salt
1 Egg 2 Tbl Brown Sugar
1 Tbl Brown Sugar 3 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp Coriander, Ground 2 Strips Bacon, Crisp

Cook and crumble crisp bacon. Mix luke warm milk with 2 t brown sugar, bacon drippings and 1 egg, blend at high speed. Pour in large mixing bowl. In small bowl combine 1 cup of luke warm water, 2 t brown sugar and 2 pkgs. Of yeast, stir until yeast is dissolved. Let stand 5 min. And add milk mixture, combine 3 1/2 cups of flour and 1 cup of whole wheat flour. Add coriander and salt and crumbled bacon. Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
