Hot And Sour Soup

2 Tbl Cornstarch 2 Tbl Water
2 Can Chicken Broth 3 Tbl Rice Vinegar
1 Tbl Soy Sauce 1/2 Tsp White Pepper
1 Can Bamboo Shoots, Drained 1 Small Can Mushrooms, Drained
1 Egg  

Combine cornstarch and water in small bowl. In large saucepan combine broth, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper and mushrooms and bring to a boil. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Bring to a boil. Slowly stir in beaten egg with fork, stirring constantly until egg forms threads. Cook until thickened and bubbly.
