Salsa

4 Qt Tomatoes 3 Onions, Chopped
4 Green Peppers, Chopped 7 Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped
1/3 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Salt
1/2 Cup Vinegar 4 Can Tomato Paste 12 Oz
1 1/2 Tbl Pepper  

Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes. Hot pack or pressure cook for 10 minutes at 10 lb. Makes about 10 pints.
